Make bumper stickers boycotting grapes

September 1965
During the Delano Grape Strike, farmworkers produced bumper stickers to help publicize their struggle and promote the national boycott of non-union grapes. These stickers circulated widely and became one of several tools used to build visibility for the strike, which began in 1965 and sought better wages and working conditions for Filipino and Mexican farmworkers. The bumper-sticker campaign contributed to expanding public support and keeping attention on the conflict between workers and grape growers.
